The water used is passed through two demineralization process, wherein each step is vital to obtaining the right chemical balance crystal ice should have. The most important of our ice process is making sure it is safe for consumption.

We have very stringent manufacturing steps that are strictly followed coupled with extra test done in our in-house laboratory, to make sure that the ice produced is free from contamination. Bacteriological tests are done regularly on ice, ice machines, containers, etc. a certain kind of bacteria that are harmful for human consumption, live in low temperature, such as in ice. We at AQUA COOL also test this type of bacteria and prevent its presence in our products.
